# Data Processing Addendum

Companies subscribed to Gadget that require a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may download and sign the Gadget DPA by clicking on the link below. The form is pre-signed by Gadget. The process is completed once the signed form is sent to the designated Gadget email address specified on the DPA. By entering into a new DPA, you will replace your existing DPA in its entirety.
